Placing an Order

Payment Security

Schwing Golf uses Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Amazon Pay for U.S. orders. All are encrypted and secure.

  • Shopify Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and uses 256-bit SSL encryption, the same level used by banks.

  • Major credit cards are accepted via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.

  • Visa/Mastercard gift cards are not accepted.

  • Orders within the U.S. are charged at the time of purchase.

Changing or Canceling an Order

  • Order Changes: Contact info@schwinggolf.com immediately after placing your order. Changes cannot be made once the order is fulfilled or tracking is provided.

  • Order Cancellations: Only possible if the order has not been fulfilled or shipped. Email your order number to cancel.

Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: USPS / UPS, 5–7 business days (most orders ship within 1 business day; may take longer during holidays or sales).

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (estimated at checkout).

  • Free Shipping: Only for individual golf bag purchases. Adding other items defaults to Standard Shipping. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking & Shipping Times

  • Tracking email sent once your order ships.

  • Orders placed before 11 a.m. PST typically ship the same day (except Standard Shipping).

  • Shipping operates Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

  • Handmade or backordered items may take up to two weeks to ship.

Back in Stock Notifications:

  • Click “Notify When Available” on the product page.

  • You’ll receive an email when the item is back in stock.

  • Items marked “Sold Out” are discontinued.

Returns & Exchanges

  • General Items: Eligible for exchange within 30 days, must be new, re-sellable, with tags, and proof of purchase. Refunds issued to the original payment method or store credit.

  • Custom Items: Towels and custom golf bags are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Free Returns & Package Protection: Available if purchased at checkout.

Lost Packages

  • Carrier investigation typically takes 5–10 business days.

  • If confirmed lost, a replacement will be issued at no cost.

  • If confirmed delivered, proof of delivery is provided; check with neighbors or local post office.

  • If package cannot be located after proof, a police report is required before a refund or replacement.

  • Schwing Golf is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages; signature confirmation is recommended for security.
