Returns & Exchanges

  • General Items: Eligible for exchange within 30 days, must be new, re-sellable, with tags, and proof of purchase. Refunds issued to the original payment method or store credit.

  • Custom Items: Hats and apparel are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Tracking & Shipping Times

  • Tracking email sent once your order ships.

  • Orders placed before 11 a.m. CT typically ship the same day (except Standard Shipping).

  • Shipping operates Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

  • Handmade or backordered items may take up to two weeks to ship.

Lost Packages

  • Carrier investigation typically takes 5–10 business days.

  • If confirmed lost, a replacement will be issued at no cost.

  • If confirmed delivered, proof of delivery is provided; check with neighbors or the local post office.

  • If package cannot be located after proof, a police report is required before a refund or replacement.

  • Schwing Golf is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages; signature confirmation is recommended for security.
