General Items: Eligible for exchange within 30 days, must be new, re-sellable, with tags, and proof of purchase. Refunds issued to the original payment method or store credit.
Custom Items: Hats and apparel are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Tracking & Shipping Times
Tracking email sent once your order ships.
Orders placed before 11 a.m. CT typically ship the same day (except Standard Shipping).
Shipping operates Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Handmade or backordered items may take up to two weeks to ship.
Lost Packages
Carrier investigation typically takes 5–10 business days.
If confirmed lost, a replacement will be issued at no cost.
If confirmed delivered, proof of delivery is provided; check with neighbors or the local post office.
If package cannot be located after proof, a police report is required before a refund or replacement.
Schwing Golf is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages; signature confirmation is recommended for security.
